Manual License Activation Fails.

When the manual license activation fails, it means that your license is either invalid (tampered) or it was activated previously.
The license cannot be activated if any detail of it has been changed. For example, if the quantity of runtime seats has been changed from 5 to 6 respectively, you will not activate the license.
