When you migrate the Querix software to another server/machine you will find that there will be an ‘X’ displayed in the ‘activated’ column in ‘licensegen’, or ‘invalid’. The ‘X’ means that the license has become void and will no longer work. In order to fix this you will have to delete the licenses and re-install them. Once this is done you will be able to reactivate the licenses.
However you may come across a problem when trying to activate the license as the license has previously been claimed. One of the errors you may encounter is “Insuffient unclaimed licenses available”, for this error and all others you will need to contact support firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the license information.
