base.StringBuffer.split()

base.StringBuffer.split() is used to return a DYNAMIC ARRAY OF STRING from split base.StringBuffer object.

It has two possible arguments:

Usage example:

MAIN

DEFINE strbuff base.Stringbuffer

DEFINE arr DYNAMIC ARRAY OF STRING

LET strbuff = base.stringbuffer.create()

CALL strbuff.APPEND("a|B|c|D|e")

LET arr = strbuff.split("|")

DISPLAY arr

END MAIN
