In this Preferences page, you can specify the default browser that will be used to run your applications:
You can choose between two options:
→ use the internal web browser - in this case, applications will be run by the built-in browser within LyciaStudio:
→ use external web browser - applications will be run by a specified browser outside LyciaStudio:
By default, the list of external options includes all the browsers installed in your system:
The list of the external browsers is updated automatically when you restart LyciaStudio.
Thus, you have to restart LyciaStudio after installing a new browser to be able to specify this browser as the necessary external browser in Preferences.
However, you can change the list of external browsers:

adds a new browser to the list:
For this purpose, you: § enter the name of the new browser, § specify the location of the web browser executable, and § list the necessary parameters (optional):

allows changing the browser name, location, and parameters when necessary:

Remove |
removes the selected web browser from the list

|
Search |
allows searching for web browsers installed in the system but not listed:
