QX_KMS_OPERATION_TIMEOUT
Specifies the timeout in seconds for each interaction with the KMS server after the connection is established.

Usage and examples
- The default value is 7 seconds.
- The 0 and negative values are invalid values. The error -5084 is reported
- In order to have an almost infinite timeout value, you should set
QX_KMS_OPERATION_TIMEOUTwith a big value
