Step specifies the difference between two values.
Actual behavior of the property as well as assigned values depend on the widget it is associated with.
With ProgressBar, step specifies the difference between each the two values passed to the progress bar that leads to filling or clearing the new part of it.
With Spinner, step specifies the difference between the current and the next value resulting from the user click on the spinner buttons.
