You can perform these actions from the toolbar of the Console view:

Clear Console |
clears the currently active console |

Scroll Lock |
enables/disables the scroll lock in the current console |

Word Wrap |
when enabled, breaks too long lines in the current console |
|
Pin Console |
pins the current console do that it will remain above all other consoles |

Display Selected Console |
allows selecting one console in the list of the consoles:

Open Console |
opens a new console:
You can choose one of five console types - standard (aka NEW Console View), C/C++ Build Console, Java Stack Trace Console, Host OSGI Console, CVS, and Xtext Build. |

minimizes the view |

You can perform these actions from the context menu of the Console view:
Cut |
copies the selected text to the clipboard and removes it from the console (is disabled) |
Copy |
copies the selected text to the clipboard |
Paste |
pastes the text from the clipboard to the console (is disabled) |
Select All |
selects all the content in the current console |
Find/Replace |
opens the Find/Replace window:

Open Link |
opens the hyperlink as a tab in the Internet browser |
Clear |
clears the current console |
Scroll Lock |
