LyciaStudio is a collection of windows. Each window contains a menu bar, a toolbar, and one or more perspectives:
By default, the LyciaStudio window includes:

incorporates groups of toolbar buttons which allow creating and opening files and programs; debugging, building, cleaning, and running applications, searching and viewing history, etc. |

shows the contents of the project selected in the Project Explorer view |

shows all the projects available and the output and source files for each program in a tree structure |

Outline |
shows all the form elements and their properties in a tree structure |

(opens when you double-click a program file in the 4GL project view) allows creating and editing 4gl source code |
Besides these default perspectives and views, you can open other views and perspectives provided by Lycia as well as install your own plug-ins.
All views are dockable, so you can move and rearrange them for creating your own perspectives.
