We are excited to announce the launch of Service Desk – a simple and effective way for Querix clients and prospects to submit and track inquiries, get more control and visibility over requests.

New support portal is integrated with our project management platform, enabling for closer cooperation of the support and development teams and faster issue resolution.

You can submit requests in either of three ways:
  • Directly through the Service Desk accessible from the same-named menu on Querix website
  • Through the Service Desk widget showing up on Querix website as a blue question mark icon in the bottom right corner of a page. Integrated with a knowledge base, it is primarily tailored for getting quick answers to frequent questions.

  • Run your requests either through e-mail, or through the portal, or a combination of both, if you like
  • Keep updated on the progress of your inquiry
  • Explore the integrated knowledge base
  • Discover helpful information with automated knowledge base suggestions
  • Enjoy smooth mobile user experience

To top it all, Service Desk is login-free. Indicating your e-mail is enough to receive updates on your request and be able to add information along the way.
However, if you wish to keep track of all your inquiries and access other inquiries submitted by other people from your organization, we recommend that you create a Service Desk account.
To create a secure online account, click the Login link at the top-right corner of the Service Desk home page.
